What kind of warranty do I have?

You get at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty on most products. Your product shouldn't break during the first two years of normal use. This also applies to refurbished iPhones, for example. Fashion products and clothing come with a three-month statutory warranty.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, you also have a statutory warranty. The statutory warranty stipulates that a product must meet your reasonable expectations.

Warranty type
The warranty type indicates how your product will be repaired. You can find the warranty type on the product page in the product specifications. We offer two types of warranties:

• Through us. After registering the repair, please send the product to us.
• At the manufacturer In this case, you don't return the product yourself. After you report the repair, we'll contact you to determine the best solution. This could include a home repair, picking up the product for repair, sending replacement parts, exchanging it for a new product, or possibly refunding the amount of its use.
